Andrew C. Anderson

Financial Advisor

Andy has over 31 years of experience providing financial advice to successful families, individuals, executives and business owners. He believes that a sound investment planning journey begins with a personalized, written plan for the future and continues with regular meetings and updates to keep each plan in line with future goals.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and brief careers in transportation and office equipment, Andy joined the financial services industry with a leading Wall Street firm in 1991. After two years of building his experience as a financial advisor, he joined forces with his father, Rick Anderson. In 2000, they moved their practice to Wells Fargo Advisors and established the Anderson Wealth Management Group. In 2016, Rick retired and Andy assumed the senior role in the practice and is committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

As a financial advisor, Andy is dedicated to being a trusted resource for his clients and their financial needs. To build and maintain his investment planning knowledge, he commits to attending continuing education programs each year, as well as industry conferences. Andy holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 investment registrations, as well as insurance licenses in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho and his California License #0B03182. Andy is passionate about the outdoors and spends most of his spare time with his family pursuing outdoor activities. He enjoys winter steelhead fishing and salmon fishing on the north Oregon coast and camping and hiking throughout the Northwest. Andy has been married to his wife Lynda for over 30 years. They have two children, Stephen who is a University of Oregon graduate, class of 2018 living in Park City, Utah, and Emily, a University of Washington graduate, class of 2019 who is a realtor in Seattle, Washington.

Andy is an active in the community. He has volunteered his time with several non‐profit organizations in the Portland, Oregon area: former board member of Oregon Wildlife; former chapter president of the Tom McCall chapter of the Association of Northwest Steelheaders; former board member of the Badger Creek Members Club. A private recreational club in Central Oregon where is also held the role of club President for 10 years. Andy is currently serving as President of Hilaire’s Wild Game Dinner, supporting organizations who encourage children in the outdoors including Compass Adventure Outfitters where he serves as a mentor.

Tay Jacoby-Fries

Financial Advisor,RICP®

Tay has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. They use that experience to provide financial advice to families, individuals, executives, and business owners with Anderson Wealth Management Group.

Tay brings a long established commitment to helping you address your financial concerns and developing strategies through understanding your specific needs. Their mission is simple: they believe that a sound investment planning experience begins with a plan suited to your specific needs. They then build upon this with regular meetings and updates to keep your plan in line for your goals while adapting to change.

Tay entered the financial services industry by joining a local credit union, where their interest in serving clients guided them to work for a local bank. There they were soon promoted to Chief Compliance Officer & Operations Manager of an independent broker/dealer. Once moving to Wells Fargo Advisors, Tay has held the roles of a Registered Client Associate, Administrative Assistant, and Financial Advisor.

Tay’s licensing includes the FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 66, Series 99, and Series 9/10 investment registrations. They also have insurance licenses in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California License #0N12781. Resident State: OR. They achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2021, they completed the education and requirements to achieve the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation.

Both in the office and away, Tay is committed to the local community and spends time with various organizations such as New Avenues for Youth, Basic Rights Oregon, Friends of Trees, and SOLVE. They also have a passion for teaching banking skills through a non-profit program, Hands on Banking. Tay has held the role of Chapter Chair for the Wells Fargo PRIDE Connection Employee Resource Network board for the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter. They are also a member of Oregon Pride in Business, Oregon’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

Tay spends free time with their spouse, Allison, and their friends and family. They enjoy experiencing nature by hiking local trails, kayaking, and taking regular camping trips with their dogs, Red and Sammy. They also enjoy swimming and reading both fiction and non-fiction novels.

Katy Fackler

Senior Client Associate

Katy began her career with the Anderson Wealth Management Group in 1997 and is a key point of contact for client service and account administration. Katy brings a superior commitment to client service and is engaged assisting in the office and resolving client’s questions and issues.

Prior to joining Anderson Wealth Management Group, Katy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University in Applied Design. She worked in retail for a short time merchandising stores and then began her financial services career at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Senior Client Associate, she has built enduring relationships with each client and uses her experience to address their needs.

Katy is in charge of client event planning. In addition, she provides support for account administration requests, scheduling, and meeting preparation. She uses her creative talents to hand make each birthday and holiday card that is sent to our clients.

Katy and her husband Charles have two children. Anna is a senior in high school and is working on obtaining her private pilot’s license. Sam is a freshman in school and enjoys being part of a jazz band.

Katy is a beekeeper with personal beehives on the Oregon coast and in Portland. She is the principal beekeeper and educator for Blanchet Farms, a local non-profit that offers a therapeutic beekeeping program. In 2018 she was accepted into the Oregon Master Beekeeping Program.

Kristin Quinn

Senior Registered Client Associate

Kristin joined Anderson Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors with more than 15 years of insurance, investment, and retail industry experience. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and then managed an eight state Midwest region for Nuveen Investments based in Chicago, IL.

While working in Chicago for Nuveen Investments, William & Blair & Company and in Portland for Black and Company as an Assistant Broker, she developed her desire for educating and assisting individuals as they pursue their financial and retirement goals.

Kristin ensures that our client’s administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly. She handles the day-to-day administration of accounts including opening new accounts, updating existing account information, managing account transfers, and cash flow management.

Kristin and her husband, Jerry, have stayed active raising two boys who were competitive, nationally ranked junior tennis players before heading off to college. Patrick graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Michael graduated from the University of Portland. Kristin volunteers at the Oregon Food Bank and Blanchet House helping in their mission to feed the homeless through compassion and dignity.
